The upcoming workshop on Saturday, March 21 has been canceled due to low enrollment.  Students may have an future opportunity to learn more about the Alexander Technique at group class.  We'll cross our fingers that more workshops can be offered in the future!  Stay tuned for more details.

There hasn't been enough time for a chance to read our March book, Helping Parents Practice, by Edmund Sprunger.  The meetup will now be held Monday, April 6, 6:30-7:30 pm at Westview Presbyterian Church.  Join us for a casual discussion about the book whether you've read the whole thing or just part of it!  Please contact Megan Titensor with any questions.
